Veltrum ("we", "us") builds AI-powered WhatsApp business-automation tools for small businesses in Israel. This page explains what data we process, why, and how to reach us about it.

1. Who we are

Veltrum (וולטרום) is the trade name of Gideon Brosilow, legal name ברסילוב גדעון, a registered sole proprietor (Osek Patur) in Israel, Business No. 331644872, Malle Hanahal, Ramot Menash, 1924500, Israel.

2. What data we process

When a business client of ours (e.g. an accounting firm or a clinic) uses Veltrum's services, we process on their behalf:

• Phone numbers of that business's own contacts (e.g. their clients)
• WhatsApp message content required to run the bot (reminders, document requests, appointment booking)
• Documents uploaded for the service (where applicable), stored in the client business's own storage, not ours

We do not collect data about end customers (our clients' clients) for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Why we use it

Solely to deliver the service the business client has signed up for: automated replies, reminders, appointment booking, or document collection, depending on the product.

4. Third-party sharing

We use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver messages. Meta processes message content under its own privacy policy. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

5. Retention

Data is retained for as long as the business relationship with the client is active, and deleted within 30 days of termination, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

6. Your rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, at support@veltrumhq.com.

7. Children

The service is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will update this page as needed and note the revision date at the top.
